Common Residential Electrical Costs
Below is a list of some of our most common costs. This listing is meant to be a general guide and these costs do not include materials. Costs may be higher for a project as there are many factors that go into the cost of electrical installation and repair. Please note, we have a minimum service call fee of $185 for all jobs. We recommend grouping small projects together in the same visit to justify the minimum. Use the below as a guide, however we always recommend calling us to discuss your project and get a firm estimate.

| Service Call | $185 | This is our minimum fee to dispatch and electrician to your home or office. Service calls are booked for troubleshooting electrical problems and general repairs. A service call includes two hours of repair. Additional fees apply after the 2 hour inclusion. |
| Replace Existing Ceiling Fan With New Ceiling Fan | $120 | Replace an existing ceiling with a new ceiling fan for ceilings under 10′. Does not include the ceiling fan or switch. |
| Replace Light Fixture With New Ceiling Fan | $155 | Replace an existing light fixture with a new ceiling fan for ceilings under 10′. Does not include the ceiling fan or switch. |
| Install New Ceiling Fan Location | $425 | Includes new fixture location on existing circuit on ceiling under 10′ and new switch location. Does not include the ceiling fan fixture. |
| Replace Existing Light Fixture With New | $65 | Replace an existing light fixture with a new light fixture. Ceilings under 10′ and fixtures under 25lbs. Does not include fixture or switch. |
| Install New Switch Location | $250 | Install new wall switch device. Does not include device. |
| New 30amp RV Plug | $400 – $800 | Install new RV outlet into garage. Does not include materials. Require estimate for final pricing. |
| Electric Vehicle Charging Station | $485 – $850 | Install a 40 or 50amp EVC into garage. Does not include materials. Require estimate for final pricing. |
| New Outlet Location Under 2′ | $125 | Install new outlet location on existing circuit with power within 2 feet. |
| New Outlet Location Under 6′ | $175 | Install new outlet location on existing circuit with power within 6 feet. |
| New LED Recessed Light | $95 | Install 6″ Wafer LED recessed light. Does not include light or switch device. Price is per light. |
| Install Whole House Fan | $425-$650 | Install new whole house fan. Fan brand and switch options will determine final price. Call for estimate. |
| Install New 20amp Circuit | Starting at $325 | Circuit prices depend on the complexity of the install. Call for estimate. |
